Two ways to scout for opportunities

Scoutship offers two way to match with job opportunities:

• Inactive profiles allow you to anonymously match with job postings that meet your preferences and for which you meet the employer's requirements. Companies can't see your profile or contact you. The default status for all profiles is inactive.

• Active profiles allow employers to match with you, review your anonymized profile and contact you about roles they think you would be a great fit for.

Managing your preferences

To allow employers to contact you, you may activate your profile from your Profile Page. Learn more about managing your privacy settings.

Managing your matches

Your matches can be found on the Home Page and in the Matches Tab of your Profile Page.

You may save roles you're interested in by selecting Save on the Role Page.

You may reject roles you're not interested in by selecting Reject on the Role Page. Rejected roles can be removed from your rejected list by selecting Save on the Role Page.
