Create your profile

Your Workspace has four tabs: Profile, Roles, Team and Investors.

Profile

The Profile Tab of your Workspace Page is where you can add and edit your organization's details.

Several basic demographic fields are required for your organization to begin matching with candidates.

Updates made to this profile will be reflected throughout your roles. For example, adding an organization-wide benefit will cause that benefit to be added to every active role.

Need to adjust your organization's name? To protect our employers and candidates, we verify all requested changes to an organization's name. Complete a name change request by selecting the Edit button next to your name.

Roles

The Roles Tab of your Workspace Page is where you'll find the jobs your organization has posted. You can filter by employment type and status.

Team

You can manage who has access to your workspace from the Team Tab. Learn more about managing your team.

Investors

If you indicate in the profile tab that your organization is venture-backed, you will have access to the Investors Tab.

To add an investor to your profile, select Update Investors and enter the name of the investor you wish to add.

Only investors with a Scoutship workspace may be added. Encourage your investors to join Scoutship for free today.

To protect our candidates and employers we verify the accuracy of all requested changes to investors. Our team typically completes this verification within 24 hours. If you do not see the requested changes reflected on your profile within 48 hours, please contact us.
