Share a role

Sharing your Company Profile, or a Role, outside of Scoutship is easy.

Sharing your Company Profile

To share the candidate-facing view of your Company Profile and all open roles, select View Profile from the Workspace Page.

Confirm you're on the candidate-facing view of your Company Profile by looking at the URL. It should take the form https://app.scoutship.io/company/{your workspace's name}.

At the bottom of the page you'll find several sharing options. Select one to generate a link to your Profile Page.

Sharing a single role

To share the candidate-facing view of a single role navigate to the Role Page and select View Role.

Confirm you're on the candidate-facing view of the Role Page by looking at the URL. It should take the form https://app.scoutship.io/open-role/{your role's title}.

At the bottom of the page you'll find several sharing options. Select one to generate a link to this role's page.

The unique link to your role is based on your role's title. Changes to a role's title will update the link to the role's page and previously shared links may no longer work.
