Everyone can be a talent scout

We believe it should be easy and rewarding to help friends and colleagues find their dream job. We don't think rewards need to feel transactional or self-serving like many referral programs and job bounty boards.

We designed the Scoutship rewards program to empower and reward a new generation of talent scouts by aligning incentives for our candidates, referrers and employers.

How it works

Share your unique referral code with friends and colleagues when you introduce them to Scoutship.

When an account is created with your referral code, the new account owner is assigned to the your talent vault. Whenever a member of your talent vault is hired on the Scoutship platform you get rewarded.

Rewards are paid in . You'll collect the reward if one was offered on the role. If no sponsored search reward was offered, you'll receive our standard reward. Either way you win!

Build your talent vault

Uncapped rewards allow you to benefit from the career advancement of the members of the talent vault in perpetuity. Users who build deep talent vaults may be able to earn substantial passive income from Scoutcoin rewards.

We envision a future where super connectors on the Scoutship platform surpass headhunters in overall number of candidates placed in new roles and total earnings.
