Create a plan

To create a new plan, select Add Plan on the Subscriptions Tab of your Workspace Page to launch the plan creation tool.

Required fields

To complete a plan you will need to provide:

• Name of plan

• Short description of the plan

• Type of plan (free or paid)

• Interval (monthly or annually)

• Price per month (only if it's a paid plan)

• Status of plan (open or closed)*

*A community may have up to three open plans at any time.

Edit a plan

To edit an existing plan, select Edit from the plan you wish to make changes to. Changes to paid plans will not impact existing subscribers.

Occasionally, changes to paid plans may require a review by the Scoutship team to ensure there is no interruption in service for you and your subscribers. We typically complete this review within 24 hours.

Remove a plan

To close an existing plan to new subscribers, select Edit from the plan you wish to make changes to and set the status to closed.

To delete a plan, select Delete from the plan you wish to delete. Only plans with no active subscribers may be deleted from your workspace.
