Navigating your updated workspace

Approved communities will have access to four new tabs in their Workspace: Partners, Candidates, Insights, and Subscriptions.

Partners

The Partners Tab of your Workspace is where you can add and manage your community's partners.

Partners are employers who have subscribed to one of your plans.

Only partners that have a Scoutship workspace may be added. Invite your partners to join Scoutship for free today using the "invite partner" button.

Candidates

The Candidates Tab is where you'll find basic profiles of the members of your community who have joined Scoutship as candidates.

This candidate list is intended to be helpful in understanding which members of your community have joined Scoutship and to help you communicate to potential partners more detail about the quality of the candidates in your community.

When your community is approved, the administrators of your workspace will automatically receive updated, community-branded, referral codes. New referrals using these referral codes will automatically be added to your community's candidate list. All referrals made by administrators prior to the change in referral codes will also be added to the candidate list.

Insights

The Insights Tab is where you'll find data collected from your Community Page. This data includes:

• Number of candidates in your community

• Community page views

• Community page clicks

• Impressions for roles hosted on your community page

This data should be helpful when negotiating with potential subscribers and illustrating return on investment for existing subscribers.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions Tab is where you'll find the tools needed to create and edit subscription plans and manage subscribers.

Required fields

To complete your community profile you will need to provide:

• Short description of your community

• Size of your community

These fields can be found on the Profile Tab of your Workspace.

Optional fields

Fields that are not required to complete your community profile but allow you to personalize the visual appearance of your profile page include:
